1. Back-To-School (BtSP):
Recent statistics estimates by UNICEF puts the number of out-of-School girls at 129 million of which 32 million are of primary school age, 30 million of lower-secondary school age and 67 million of upper-secondary school age. To put UNICEF’s data into perspective, UNESCO estimates that there are about 52 million girls out-of-school in sub-Saharan Africa. 18.5 million children are out-of-school in Nigeria of whom 60% are girls most especially in the northern part of Nigeria.
For the Esteemed-Hub Foundation, investing in girls’ education has become one of our priority flagships programs. The idea of the Back-to-School project is to encourage school enrollment, retention and provision of the most basic educational materials to the most vulnerable girlchild in the most underprivilege communities. For we understand that when girls have access to quality education, early marriage becomes a no go for the girl child, she also becomes a better and more responsible member of her community

2. Self Esteem Capacity Building Trajectory for Girls (SEC-BT4G)
Esteemed-Hub Foundation empowers women, young adults and children with self-esteem tools in order to help them build mental resilience to enable them make positive and progressive life decisions. At the foundation, we help people discover their own uniqueness and maximize their full potentials. Through training and capacity building in order to raise a generation of young women, young adults and children with the mindset to succeed, excel and live life without limitations. Our SEC-BT4G program is aimed at providing coaching, therapy and mentoring to all that inspires to have a healthy self-esteem, which in turn influences sustainable lifelong decisions.
3. The She Can Summit (SCS)
The She Can Summit (SCS) is an initiative of the Esteemed-Hub Foundation (EHF) domiciled in our host country; Nigeria, the SCS aims to provide a neutral platform to create sensitization and advocacy on gendered issues and encourage cut-crossing idea generation that would be beneficial to women across board. The idea of the SCS is to put a spotlight on issues affecting the socio-economic and political lives of women and girls. For us at the Foundation, our drive is to help push for a new generation of women and girls, who understand their environment, the issues in it and are able to chart a sustainable way for the growth and development of their communities and ultimately become stronger, more responsive women in their communities.
For us, the immediate goal of the annual summit is to bridge the gap between men and women by equipping women with the arsenal of knowledge, capacity and the skill-sets to become self-sufficient, well driven and motivated to break the barriers of gendered norms and completely destroy the glass ceiling syndrome.
4. Esteemed Leadership Academy (ELA)
Among the plethora of problems ravaging Nigeria is corruption, ineptitude, poor infrastructure and bad governance etcetera. These problems are amplified today as Nigerians cannot look in hopes to shinning beacons within the leadership architecture of Nigeria and among the over 70 million youth demography, some of whom are profiteers of this old systems and want it sustained. And for those with the apparent interest in wanting genuine change, they lack the kind of finance and reach to orchestrate such kind of ambition, to compound the problem for the Nigerian youth, in many cases they come with the less required capacity and experience to pull power from the old crops
Today, Nigeria is in dire need of genuine change makers who have the skill-sets and strategic eagerness to see things working again. Because we recognise and understand this gap and the need to fill it, our passion is alleviating Nigeria and the rest of Africa from this drawth in leadership.
The Esteemed Leadership Academy (ELA) is a bi-annual leadership school aimed at sparking the interest of young minds and students from senior-secondary and tertiary institutions in taking active leadership roles, building confidence, encouraging bold initiatives, so they are able to face 21st century and the leadership deficit and challenges we daily face in the country.
For us, the Esteemed Leadership Academy (ELA) is aimed at creating a new generation of leaders with patriotic tendencies and who are passionate about seeing their country grow, through investing in their future, through capacity building and horning their sense of patriotism to productivity.
